SOP & Process Optimization: Standardizing workflows to reduce founder dependency.
Investor Readiness: Creating pitch decks and financial models.
Corporate Training: Delivering leadership and wellness programs.
2. Intellectual Property :All frameworks, training materials, and methodology developed by our Directors, Kamal Chandiramani and Pratima Chandiramani, remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Client Obligations :Clients must provide accurate data for the successful creation of SOPs and financial models. Leapsync Consulting operates based on the information provided by the client and is not responsible for outcomes based on inaccurate data.
4. No Financial Guarantee: While our "Investor Readiness" program is designed to align with investor psychology, Leapsync Consulting does not guarantee the acquisition of capital or specific funding amounts.
5. Limitation of Liability: Leapsync Consulting Private Limited shall not be liable for any operational delays or loss of profits resulting from the implementation of suggested business processes or training outcomes.
6. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
